Photos: American citizen remanded in Kirikiri for allegedly duping 3 Nigerians of $565,000

An American citizen, Marco Ramirez, was on Thursday, June 22, remanded at the Kirikiri Maximum Prison by an Ikeja High Court for allegedly duping three Nigerians in a $565,000 green card and investment scam.

Ramirez, who was arrested and arraigned before Justice Josephine Oyefeso, by the EFCC, pleaded not guilty to the 16-count charge of obtaining money under false pretences leveled against him.

Jose Manuel Felix Mourinho, father of Man U manager, Jose Mourinho, has died. Felix who made more than 250 appearances as a goalkeeper for Portuguese club, Vitoria Setubal and Belenenses in his career along with one for the national team, died on Sunday June 25th after suffering for sometime from Pneumonia and other illnesses.

Jose Mourinho uploaded an old blurry picture of him as a young boy with his dad on his Instagram page last night. Felix was aged 79, may his soul Rest In Peace.
